Summary of Aims: -
To establish communication in the fields of statistical research, education and techniques.

To provide facilities necessary for exchange of ideas between researchers, specialists and other professionals whose work involves statistics.

To publish scientific journals, and collaborate in organizing national and international scientific conferences and seminars.

To collaborate with the Ministry of Research and Technology and other ministries in decision making with regard to statistics education and research.

To offer educational, scientific and technical help as well as consulting services to statistical organizations in the country. |
